This is an out of warranty service as it does involve taking the controller apart, and so will therefore void any warranty. If your controller is under warranty as part of a console warranty please do not use this service (warranties for new games consoles last for 2 years from the date of purchase).

Has your favourite games controller broke? Is there something stuck in the headphone jack, or are the buttons or triggers unresponsive or drifting? If so, then it’s time to get that controller fixed.

This is an out of warranty service as it does involve taking the controller apart, and so will therefore void any warranty. If your controller is under warranty as part of a console warranty please do not use this service (warranties for new games consoles last for 2 years from the date of purchase).

How it Works

Please include any details regarding the issue you are having with your controller. We will, of course, perform our own checks to identify any issues. The controller will be dismantled to repair it, and if applicable new hardware will be fitted. There will be no additional charges for this new hardware. The cost you pay includes replacement parts for the identified issue.

If multiple issues are identified that can be repaired this may incur additional costs, although these are very rare. In such circumstances we shall send billing instructions to your email address. You are under no obligation to accept these additional fixes or charges.

Throughout the process the customer will be kept informed of the progress of the repair via email. Typically shipping, repairing, and returning the controller is a 10 day turnaround, however this may increase depending on existing workload and location from which the controller is being shipped from and delivered to.

Ordering the Service

1. Purchase this service via the website, ensuring you include an email address and/or contact number for receiving updates regarding the order.

2. Send your controller to the below address, including your name, return address, email address, contact number, and details of the issue. Please ensure the box and packaging is strong and sufficient enough for two deliveries – sending it and returning it to you. Please only send the controller. No cables are needed.

3. Upon delivery you will receive an email confirming delivery, and your controller will be booked in for repair / diagnosis.

4. Additional emails may be sent to update you on any issues encountered during the repairing process.

5. The controller will be repaired, cleaned, reassembled, and tested. Once tested and working an email will be sent to confirm the repair has been completed.

6. Finally, the controller will be re-packaged and shipped back to you. One final email will be sent to confirm this has happened, including a Tracking Number. A few days later you will receive your controller back to you ready to be used once again.
