Description

Have you just acquired all of the parts for your dream desktop computer but don’t know where to begin? Send all of the different components to Skippy and we will get it built for you. We can even add a few customisations for you to give it that all important unique touch.

How it Works

Send Skippy all of the different components that are used to build the PC. They will all be checked over, cleaned, and professionally built and assembled inside the computer case. A Windows 11-Pro license is also included, and will be installed for you, updated with the latest updates and all of the hardware installed ready for you to plug it in and start using straight away.

Throughout the process the customer will be kept informed of the progress of the build via email. Typically shipping, building, and returning the PC is a 10 day turnaround, however this may increase depending on existing workload and location from which the PC is being shipped from and delivered to.

Ordering the Service

1. Purchase this service via the website, ensuring you include an email address and/or contact number for receiving updates regarding the order.

2. Send your unbuild PC, and all of the parts (don’t forget the power cable), to the below address, including your name, return address, email address, contact number, as well as a username you would like setting up on the PC once it is built. Include any other details you think are important. Please ensure the box and packaging is strong and sufficient enough for two deliveries – sending it and returning it to you.

3. Upon delivery you will receive an email confirming delivery, and your PC will be booked in to be built.

4. Additional emails may be sent to update you on any issues encountered during the build process. E.g. If we identify any issues that need fixing for the PC to work efficiently. If any issues incur a charge we shall send billing instructions to your email address. You are under no obligation to accept these additional fixes or charges.

5. The PC will be built, Windows 11 Pro installed, updated, and tested. Once tested and working an email will be sent to confirm the build has been completed.

6. Finally, the PC will be re-packaged and shipped back to you. One final email will be sent to confirm this has happened, including a Tracking Number. A few days later you will receive your PC back to you ready to be used once again. We recommend keeping the PC in a clean, well ventilated area to prevent dust build-up spoiling your nice, shiny PC.
